Yarn and Filament Conversion

Process Air Engineering in Yarn / Filament Conversion

Importance of Air Engineering

The environmental requirements during yarn conversion is not as stringent as they are in other textile processes. Typically ventilation or humidification plants are sufficient.

High heat loads on TFO’s and tyre-cord cablers require air handling solutions. A rotorsphere design without / with limited return air trenches is the technical standard.
