TexPac is a pre-fabricated, modular, and compact air-handling central station designed to deliver high efficiency in industries requiring large air volume flow rates. It is an innovative solution for textile and related industries where air must be freed from fibers, filtered, and conditioned.
With its robust construction and modular design, TexPac can handle static pressures of up to 2000 Pa on both the suction and pressure sides of the fan units. This makes it ideal for environments demanding exceptional air filtration and conditioning performance. TexPac's self-supporting housing, made of profiled galvanized sheet steel elements, ensures high durability and adaptability to your specific space and performance requirements.
Key Features of TexPac
- Self-Supporting Housing Structure - TexPac features a self-supporting housing structure made from 2 mm thick galvanized steel panels. This ensures the system’s durability and resistance to demanding industrial conditions while allowing for easy assembly. The double bends along the sides and single bends along the ends further reinforce its structural integrity.
- Reinforcement for High Pressure - Depending on the pressure levels, the galvanized steel panels can either be bolted together directly or reinforced using lateral connecting sections. This design accommodates static pressures of up to 2000 Pa on both suction and pressure sides, ensuring robust performance in high-demand environments.
- Effective Noise Reduction - Designed to maintain a quieter working environment, TexPac offers a mean sound attenuation value of 28 dB(A). This ensures reduced noise levels during operation, promoting better conditions for workers and equipment.
- Customizable Components - The system’s modular design features standardized construction elements and air engineering components, enabling a high degree of customization. This allows the system to be tailored to specific performance and spatial requirements with ease.
- Scalable Design - TexPac’s modularity enables future expansions or reconfigurations, making it a versatile choice for facilities with changing needs.
